Medicare provides a rebate
for five (5) visits but only for chronic and
complex cases. You will need a referral and a
care plan from your G.P. before you can claim.
Depending on your level of health cover and
provider, Private Health Funds also provide
rebates for psychological services. They often
rebate $40-$50 per session. You will need to
check with your Private Health Fund first to
see if they cover such services and to make a
claim you will need to mail or personally hand
in the invoice and receipt you receive into
one of their retail stores.

The Australian
Psychological Society recommended Fee for
Psychological Services is $186.

A minimum of 24 hours
notice is required for cancellations. If you
do not notify us of your inability to attend a
scheduled appointment, a non-attendance fee of
$50 will be charged. Of course emergency
situations are taken into consideration.
Methods of payment include Cash, Cheque and
Credit Cards only.
