about their privacy and confidentiality. Any
information disclosed to us (including case
notes, records, and psychological test
results) is confidential and will not be
disclosed without the client’s consent. If
there is any need to disclose information from
files with another professional (for example a
medical doctor, lawyer, pastor or third party
billing source), the client will be consulted
first and asked to sign a release of
information document. There are times when we
must disclose information due to legal
requirements; or if we have child protection
concerns concerns arising out of our therapy
session or if we have any reason to believe
that you or anybody else may be at risk of
harm.
Information
submitted to us via this website, through
electronic mail (email) or by other means will
be treated confidentially and your information
including contact details will not be rented
or sold to third parties. Please note though
that information passed through the internet (e.g
email) may be intercepted (although very
unlikely).
